Self love

Hello, I was wondering if there are more positive examples of self love? My thought I want to get to is I love myself for who I am. So far my brainstorming for positive thoughts has been – I can take responsibility for my emotions. I don’t beat myself up anymore. I can love myself through feeling any emotion. I can take responsibility for who I am. I only make changes out of love.

Do they seem to line up? Are there additional massive actions you would recommend?

Lastly, is there a coach that was trained in the Life Coach School that goes in more depth about this topic? I’ve been listening to Brooke’s podcast on it, but I was wondering if someone specifically focuses on it? Thank you!!
