Self-Pity thoughts I want to change


I want to change my self-pity thoughts about food. This was the model I did, and looking for a new thought for the second that creates these results. I brought it to model q&a but she wasn’t able to get to them all so thought you may be able to help.

Cir: I say no to food not on plan
Th: It’s not fair. Why me? But I want it.
F: Upset, Angry, Deprived, Uncomfortable
A: White Knuckle, Don’t eat, Think thoughts of desire
R: Can’t concentrate, energy drained, feel like this’ll never “work” long-term

F:Inspired, proud, motivated
A: don’t eat, move on
R: stay on protocol, lose weight
