C: Waist circumference has decreased
T: Omg my eating & exercise efforts are working!
A: Start to fear/doubt/self sabotage/wonder if I can maintain/keep going
R: Stress/anxiety increase desire to eat
Can you please help me get some leverage over this? 🙂 I want to find related thoughts that keep me feeling empowered and motivated and I want to set aside the fear/stress/anxiety.
