Sent out an email – told it was against policy


C – I send an email – told it was against policy
T – How could I be so stupid. I should have known better.
F – Depressed
A – Think obsessively about how I shouldn’t have sent out the email
R – Wanting to quit my job

C- I sent an email – told it was against policy
T – I thought I was doing the right thing
F – Confident
A – Don’t quit job
R – Reach my goal

This was my first try at doing the model.  Although I thought I was doing the right thing (sending out the email) at the time, after I’ve thought about it I realize the email should not have been sent. Do I keep changing the thought until I find one that will resonate with the feeling action and result?
