Hey there! First of all, I wanted to say thank you for the urge list. Such a great tool. Last night I was in my kitchen prepping for the weekend and had an urge to grab some popcorn. And my first thought was, “yes! An urge! I can write this down!” Lol
My question is, do you separate urges on different lists, I’m working on overdrinking as well as overeating, cause I’m all in. I feel like I want to add on urges like not looking at the clock while I’m meditating, not cracking my knuckles when I’m uncomfortable, and not checking facebook. What are your thoughts?
