This morning I wanted to model out my actions and results when my daughter/gets clingy. I started to wonder if there isn’t a loop when it comes to certain thoughts and feelings. – C – My daughter grabs my leg, T – She’s never going to become independent F – anxious, T – I need to take control of this situation, F – anxious/angry, A – yelling and/or firmly talking and removing her from my leg, R – My daughter cries and is more clingy. I get the sense that I have too many thoughts and feelings jammed into one model. ??
