I’m uncertain about the back up plan for my September goal. My goal is I will weigh 130lbs by 9/30/19.
This isn’t the same as a business goal for example which would have more obvious steps. I have plans about my meals, drinking and fitness. Is my back up plan in this situation to simply restart when I fail at moving towards my goal.
