September goal


I am a new scholar starting in September. I received the workbook and I’m super excited. This is the perfect topic for me considering I feel stuck with starting my business. I am torn between two goals but I am wondering if I can combine them. One is to lose 10 lb. And one is to dig deeper and fully understand Brookes overeating program. I would like to use parts of her program along with my own thoughts and ideas to create a program for my weight-loss coaching business (credits to Brooke of course). I was thinking as I learn more of the overeating I would be able to apply it to my own life and lose the 10 lb while learning and being able to teach how to do it…..thoughts?? Too much???
