September Goal accountability


My September goal is to stay on my drinking protocol, 100% and get to 100 urges, I’m at 90 now. There are two challenging events coming up that I want to prepare for- a memorial service this weekend and a family reunion later this month. I have scheduled time to review the materials related to managing urges and will schedule a 10 minute coaching session before the reunion. I also scheduled a thought download to prepare for how I will stay with my goal for both events, I will also try and get coached on binge drinking which feels like the last hurdle for me right now, that’s in the schedule too. I’m posting this to be accountable here because I don’t really have anyone who would get this process. Is there anything else I should schedule?
