My goal for the 30 day challenge is to post on Facebook daily and do Facebook Live one time a week.

Do these models looks right? I have a lot more thoughts for both models. Should I model them all out?

My Unintentional Model is:
C: Facebook posts/ Facebook Live
T: I need to have something really good to post of do a live
F: pressure, self doubt
A: overthink about what topics would be valuable, discount topics as not good enough, scroll facebook to buffer
R: not doing facebook lives, not posting daily

Intentional Model:
C: Social media posting/facebook live
T: People are waiting to hear what I have to say
F: Inspired to share
A: Weekly facebook live, daily posting, compile a list of potential topics, create outlines for each topic,
R: consistent social media plan
