This is my first month with SCS and my focus is addressing underearning, underworking, buffering, and procrastination. The September program gets to the heart of my challenges: actually following through on the plans that I make.
My goal is publishing ten blog posts in 30 days. As a new blogger, this definitely a stretch goal. My greatest obstacle:
When I plan to work on any task that I’ve procrastinated on, I feel anxious, paralyzed and filled with self-loathing. I have trouble just sitting down and actually getting started.
I’m starting to feel like this every time I work on creating content for my blog. This has stopped m progress as a blogger in its tracks.
What strategy would help with this? How would that strategy translate to a “to do”?
