September Goal – starting late


Hi team!
I am starting the September homework late but plan on doing in through the first week of October in order to get the full thirty days. Which is a better goal – calendaring everything and sticking to it, or lose 5 lbs. I know that may sound crazy because the first one is really a “strategy” for the second, but while I have achieved things in the past, in terms of exercise, career, etc., I never stuck to a calendar and negotiated my time a lot. Anyway, wondering what your thoughts are and if the first is a “real” goal or if I should go straight to weight loss and essentially be committing to both. Thank you!
