My goal for September is weight loss

No result model:

C – weight loss
T – I should be able to lose weight having some sugar and flour. I’ve lost significant weight before without cutting it out.
F – Deprivation
A – I go off and on protocol
R – I haven’t lost the expected amount of weight

Thought I need to believe:
I am willing to stay on my protocol
I am willing to say no to food at social outings
I am willing to allow urges and to feel my feelings of deprivation

Model for the result I want:
C – weight loss
T – I can allow urges and not eat off protocol
F – committed/disciplined
A – stay on protocol no matter what
R – lose 4-7# during September.
