Set Point Illusion?

Hi Brooke,
I need your support: I’m a scs since November and lost 18 pounds since joining. Now I’m back at the weight I had before gaining it in a stress phase. Before that I had maintained that weight for a few years (much too much, 97kilos, being 1,72 m – sorry I’m not able to transfer that, but it’s at least 25kg too much. I did have an anorectic phase in my late teens and ever since struggled with being overweight/bingeing).
Since reaching that “old” weight I realize I’m letting lose with my protocol, the model being something like:

C: dinner time (but hat decided to “dine in”, as I used to do 2-3x/week ever since November and really liked that)
T: it’s normal to eat at that time. I don’t want to get extreme. It won’t be sustainable if it’s too fast. I#ll just eat normal. etc
F: dedicated (to eat “just normal”)
A: overeating -> regaining or at least not losing the fat
R: Stay convinced that I really have an eating disorder and just can’t eat normally.

New model:
C: dinner time (but hat decided to “dine in”, as I used to do 2-3x/week ever since November and really liked that)
T: So good to give my body/digestion a rest – and: it’s normal to weigh something like 65-70kg and not 97-100.
A: Not eating/”dining in”
R: Feeling good, continuing weight loss

I did a few of those models and still I’m here AGAIN having eaten too much (or eaten at all despite not having had planned it).

What am I dong wrong?
Thank you!
