Set Point

Hi Brooke, Just wondering what your opinion is of a set point. I am trying to work out the weight I want to be…. for as long as I remember, the minute I reach 62 kilos, my body seems to fight against me. It’s the weight I seem to be able to maintain effortlessly. I am WAY above that now but is that the weight I should aim for? I am only 5 foot 1 inch. Tonina
