My goal is to setup my LLC for my coaching this month. I know there is no right or wrong answer or decision, but I would like some guidance on how I should approach this. I feel uncertain as to whether I should do it now or wait. Below is my model on this, I would greatly appreciate your feedback and guidance on this.

T – Is now the right time to do it or should I wait
F – Indecisive
A – I ruminate on reasons why I should or shouldn’t, take no action
R – No LLC

Intentional
C – Form an LLC
T – Make an informed decision by measuring the pros and cons of forming one now
F – Decisive
A – Stay focused and research the steps for forming an LLC, decide on a company name, form an LLC
