Shame about my body

Last year I lost about 40lbs and thrived on the external validation of how great I looked. I have felt shame about my body for years so it made me feel good.

Then I had some people who commented and I said “I lost too much weight and it wasn’t healthy.”  I then felt shame again after I thought it was gone.

How do I overcome these feelings and stop listening to all the noise of people who have different opinions?
