Sharing a Success


Yesterday I gave a presentation at a conference. Usually, due to my fears, it is hit and miss. This time, I used the model to prepare emotionally. 1- I let myself know I’d have my back no matter what 2- I focused on making it a good experience for people listening to me 3- I committed to myself to practice 4- I focused on unconditional love no matter what.
I did not feel horrible after the presentation. I felt I had done the best I could and that I met my personal expectations. And then, afterward, I received lots of appreciative, positive comments. This is great! I will continue on this path and keep working on thoughts for reducing my fears 🙂
