Shift from 5:2 fasting to 8-hour window

Back when I first encountered Stop Overeating, I had already begun following the 5:2 intermittent fasting method (2 days/week eating only 500 calories; other days normal). I stuck with it because it was working (and got rid of sugar/flour/alcohol)! I have lost 45 pounds and have 3 to go. But I would like to switch to an 8-hour eating window type of intermittent fast. Are there tips for making this transition? Or concerns about it?
