Shifting eating patterns

I have noticed a pattern emerging that I am trying to understand. I can do IF well and allow urges most of the time but then when I go to have a joy eat, it turns into a bingefest most of the time. This hasn’t been my typical pattern previously and I think it has something to do with feelings of deprivation and justification around that. Can you give me some suggestions on intentional models to address this? Thanks!!
