Shorter eat time = less insulin?


Hi Brooke! Thank you for allowing us access to the Stop Overeating workshop. I’ve been working IF since Weds and am already seeing incredible results..

My question involves duration of eating. I tend to take about an hour to eat my first meal…does that affect how much insulin is released into the body. Part of me wants to hurry up & finish because I keep telling myself that will “put the insulin away” faster, but is this true?
