Should I be more controlling?

Hi coaches! I’m doing the How to Enjoy Being You work this month. (LOVING IT!) my homework for today is to identify a characteristic then answer q’s. These are two of the questions:

When you look at this truth about yourself, notice where you might be holding back
because you are afraid of what others might think of you. How can you turn up the
volume on this to be more of who you are?

Have you denied this part of you because you have a vision of how you would rather
be or how you are supposed to be? What might that be costing you when it comes
to living an authentic life?

So, I’d write about how to be MORE controlling? I’ve been thinking that I need to be less controlling. If I do believe that less controlling is what gets me best result, what’s the best way to approach these q’s?
