I am my new sentence and note to self something I should tweak, or am I on the right track?

My new sentence is: I am someone who honors his commitment to myself, my family, my friends, and my clients.

My Note to self is: You made amazing strides because you stayed committed to your goals and daily practices. You’ve created and cultivated a successful coaching business because of your commitment to yourself and your clients.
