As I write my tdl I have a lot of shoulds, ie “I should have called my dad” “I should have finished my planning “, what are these thoughts about? They are time suckers I’m sure – but not sure what to choose as thinking instead? Maybe, I choose how to spend my time and I did not choose to do those things? I can choose them whenever I choose to? Feeling on that thought better – but still not inspiring action that is toward goal. Thank you!!
