I did a couple of models tonight and both times I had the same thought in both my UM and IMs. Is this correct? And because the same thought was producing different feelings, is this the same as like the stages of grief? Any other thought suggestions welcome too!

A Do it anyway; Work the next two days to catch up regardless how I feel; make sure I get good sleep and am early to bed
