Silent Treatment


I’m not sure where to start with thought models on this, yet. I give the silent treatment when I’m upset or offended. Sometimes I can do it while being polite but with those I’m closer to, it comes off as anger. Deep down, I am usually hurt and don’t voice my opinion. I would like to start thought models but am unsure “how” I’d like to feel or what different results I’d like to achieve. Is the “I am giving the silent treatment” the thought or the result?
