I have a fear of putting my all into my work. I am inclined to do this everyday. dare myself to just do it. but that seems vague. I guess it has to be more specific, like I dare myself to finish this, or I dare myself to prepare my ass off for this meeting?

or should it be totally unrelated as way to feel any emotion? a dare to prepare for a meeting seems not nearly as fun as say asking a stranger to have lunch.
