I signed up to go skydiving today…something someone could not have paid me $1 million to do if it were 5 years ago! So far I have been doing well, but this is something that would have been very anxiety provoking for me in my past. I’ve always been the type that is scared of rollercoasters, carnival rides, ziplining etc. However, I have decided recently that I want to face my fears and do things that scare me. So far I have been doing well at keeping my thoughts positive, and trying to visualize the situation as if skydiving was something I did everyday. Would I be scared if I did it everyday? Probably not, and this has seemed to help. Do have any other advice or guidance for me as a patiently wait to go skydiving in just a little over a week? Thank you!
