I am wondering if you have any advice for better sleep. I am eating according to protocol. Lost few kg as I wanted but the quality of my sleep is not better. I hoped that healthy food will solve my problem but it didn’t. Main thing is that after I lie down it take few hours to fall asleep. I wake up tired in the morning but have problem falling asleep again.
Is there anything I could do to change that?
