Hi Brooke! Is it possible that a person could buffer or have an “addiction” to sleep? I have low energy and havs always slept a lot without feeling refreshed. I have been working with a naturopath and we have still made little headway. Other than food intolerances that I have eliminated, my bloodwork looks fine. I have noticed lately that I get extremely agitated and irrirated when my sleep will be interrupted. Some of my main thoughts are I’m so tired or when can I sleep again? Is it possible it is all in my head?
