Sleep anxiety


I have had insomnia for some time and know a lot about sleep. I have done a lot of work with the sleep coach school, which has been amazing and focuses a lot on befriending wakefulness, being willing to be awake at night and willing to experience all of the things that come with being awake and not sleeping. But I feel that I need to work on my anxiety more.

I know my thoughts ultimately cause my sleep anxiety and that is what I am excited to learn about with yourselves but how can I be ‘willing’ to experience the sometimes really strong emotions, feelings and frustrations I have in both the day and night? Where is the best place to start my learning?
