Sleep Loss | DMWC


Hi! What would you say to someone who struggles with sleep because of work weighing on the mind?

C – Work
T – I’m behind.
F – Stressed
A – Spin thoughts about work, lose sleep
R – Exhausted next morning b/c been working on problems all night in the brain. Prob get more behind because of loss of sleep, and thus prob not as productive

Seems the opposite of this thought would be “I’m ahead.” Bridge thoughts maybe “I feel behind, and that’s ok. I’m doing the best I can.” or “Everything that matters will get done.” Part of desired result – want to be working less and relaxing more and spending more time with grandkids. Can you help with intentional model / steps to help me see how one would make this transition from one model to the other?
