Has Brooke done any podcasts on “Sleep” or “Being Tired”? It seems to me that being tired is a feeling and a thought… I have a resistance to being tired. (Thought/action?) I don’t want to be tired. (That’s a thought.) But sometimes I have the sensation in my body of being tired and then I also have feelings about it, sad, frustrated, regretful etc… I have noticed that the fear of being tired keeps me from going after the goals I have. I found the thought today “If I’m successful I will be tired.” Um, thank you brain, but no thanks! I’d love some feedback on this! (And I’ll be taking it to my 20 minute for sure!)
