Sleeping in


Hi coaches!
So I always have this goal of waking up early every morning to get shit done. But I loooove sleep and always have. My intentions are always great but if I don’t absolutely have to get up I don’t. Go figure right?! I know I am ultimately not choosing myself and there breaking trust with myself that I so desire. I also want to be my own best friend the way Brooke talks about in her podcasts. I want to have my own back and I haven’t yet found that compelling reason to get out of bed early in the morning. My dang primitive brain is really keeping me safe and comfy and my bed is my favourite place. I want to break this bad habit because I have some pretty amazing goals I want to accomplish. Thanks so much for all the wonderful feedback I am about to receive. You coaches are the bomb!!!
