Sleeplessness and eating too little


I’ve been fat adapted for more than two months now. I fall asleep easily then wake up after 4 or 5 hours of sleep, brain alert, ready for the day at 3am. New normal as fat adapted?
My goal for this month is reducing by 10lbs. I’m fasting 20-23 hours with one meal per day. Is it possible to eat too little? What is an ideal amount of fat intake? Protein intake?
