Hi! So I made a protocol where I started with 3 glasses of wine m/w/f/s, writing drink plans at the beginning of the week. My usual before was 2-3 glasses most nights, sometimes more. I thought this would give me some nights for urges but not be too much at once. My plan was to decrease that amount every two weeks until down to my goal. My question is, is that how you recommend doing it? Or is it more effective to stay at one protocol until I reach 100 urges and then start decreasing?
PS – it has been fascinating experiencing the difference between allowing an urge and resisting – and now expanding that to realize the same thing is true when I allow feelings instead of resist them. SUCH A BETTER WAY TO LIVE! :).
