Small meals for small stomach


I have lost 22 pounds, but I feel frustrated with my present protocol. I know you answered this question, but I cannot find your answer. I had a gastric bypass so my stomach cannot hold too much food at one time. My current protocol is 16 hour fast with one meal at 12 and one at 5-6. It isn’t working. Either I eat too much and feel ill, or not enough and feel like a snack like nuts in between. So… my new thought is three smaller meals, say breakfast one around 2, lunch one around 4, and dinner one around 6-7 and avoid all snacking. How much do you think these small meals should contain for protein? I have loved losing my fat all around my body due to the fasting. Just want to have a set protocol and be done with it. I think snacking leads to eating more than I should, which I want to fix. Thanks for listening…
