Can you do a pod cast on how and or say to small petty people. They are scared people and you wNt to call them out on their insecurities to step on their small petty word towards me / others. Do you if so how without being small yourself. The insecurity of others is growing causing hostile work environment how does one stand and or protect from attacks.
