Small Tasks


I had a tutoring call about scheduling as a full time working mom. She helped me with my thoughts around ‘All the little things I have to do’ and changing thoughts to ‘I am so efficient at scheduling my time’.

My question is how do we schedule items like following up with others. I need to follow up with a number of people about events I am coordinating for work and for things around home and for children scheduling activities. I send emails or leave messages and then I am waiting for responses. How do I manage these ‘lists of outstanding items?’ I have tried evernote, putting them on my calendar. But then I need to move them all to a new day if I don’t hear back. Any thoughts or ideas would be helpful.
