Smoking and bridge thought


I am working on quitting smoking. My main thoughts are:
I don’t know if I can quit.
I don’t know if I can commit.
Will life be as good without them?
I’m scared because my breathing isn’t right.
What if I can’t quit?

I need some help mainly with the thoughts about my breathing/death. The others I have come up with bridge thoughts for them.
C: smoking
T: I will die if I don’t quit.
F: Anxious
A: keep smoking, don’t enjoy life fully
R: don’t reach goal

C: Breathing
T: it isn’t right
F: terrified
A: puff away
R: do not reach goal
