Hi Brooke, I joined scholars this month and have the month off from work so I have committed my time to working on all your programs. In just two weeks I feel very determined to stop drinking and losing weight but I am very resistant to quitting smoking. I was a bottle a day drinker and gained 15 pounds, which has been a bitch to get off. Smoking controls my hunger urges but also is a the #1 way I buffer my feelings. (In other words, although difficult, drinking and eating feel a bit more managebale/doable than quitting smoking) I saw in one of your videos that you suggested you tackle it ALL because it makes the process go faster – and why not rev up your edge? But right now it feels like perhaps too much to tackle all at one time, especially because this is my first week of committing to protocal. (I’m running models on this but have some difficulty) Thoughts? Also, any advice or resources on how I might quit a 35 year smoking habit? Thank you in advance…
