This is my first month and I am totally blown away by how much I have been impacted and it’s only Day 8. I have completed goals that I have put off for 16 months and it’s CHECK DONE.
The other piece that has literally transformed my life… by deliberately planning my days (to include work, rest, self-care), I feel a sense of peace. I know that everything will get done and I am so less frazzled. Even packing lunches for kiddos and bed time routine is chill and dare I say, enjoyable…because I know that those tasks/experiences are part of my day and they are planned. There is nothing else that I “need” to be doing. My kiddos and hubs are noticing it too because I am totally present and not distracted.
