So many thoughts at once

Dear Coaches,

I woke up today with so many thoughts producing so many negative feelings. Most of the time, I’m very balanced and centered with my thoughts and how I feel. I am a little surprised at all of the things going through my head today.

So, given that this isn’t my normal state, how might I best approach working through these thoughts after completing a thought download? Should I work on a model for each thing? Or, just a couple of things and allow my brain to re-center a bit throughout the day?
