I’m working on the urge jar program and have already lost 8.8lbs! Yay. I’m fine during the week but struggle with FOMO on weekends, which is something I’m working on. I am going away this weekend with a girlfriend who is very pushy with food and always commenting when I’ve ‘lost too much weight’ and sees fasting as ‘starving myself’. She totally buffers with food and once told me ‘you know everyone does that, it’s not a problem you need to change’. I decided not to drink for a few months (as it’s a trigger for eating) and she will definitely bring wine and want to share. I am excited to go away with her but can feel the anxiety building on how I’m going to deal with her comments and pressuring me to eat and drink. How should I prepare myself??
