I don’t like it when my 14 year old son is rude to me. I don’t believe he should treat me like this. When he does I say things like ‘because of your rude behaviour we are not going away this weekend’. I don’t know if I’m being manipulative or setting boundaries. Either way his behaviour is not changing. But I also don’t want to spend time away with someone who is going to treat me like that.
