Spare Time

I have started Monday Hour One and since I’ve schedule everything in my calendar I have so much free time. I find I am buffering in that time (social media, checking my phone, listening to coaching calls, reading ask a coach, re cleaning or cleaning things that are scheduled for later in the week). I then end up feeling like “I don’t have any time to do what I want” because I’ve chosen to spend time on these things rather then what I want.

When I ask what I want to do in these free moments my brain says “I don’t know”. When I sit and do nothing my brain says “this is boring, I should do something”.  I want to get to a place where I schedule and stick to it, love my free time and fill it with things I love, I just don’t know what those are.
