I am wondering if I can have some help filling out a model. I have 20 more days of my current job left. During this time, I would like to be very quiet and speak much less. I find I speak as a reaction to anger, annoyance, dread, sadness. I would like to take these 20 days to stop reacting to these feelings with talking and instead be very quiet and breath through it. I don’t have the space/time to sit and feel my feelings at work as I am caring for others so I would love to be able to at least appear calm and relaxed as I carry these feelings with me while I work.
