I’m trying to decide if I should spend, what I consider to be, a large sum of money for my education. I’m having the thought that its selfish and irresponsible to spend it because that money should be going towards my kids for their things and also for college.

My husband says I should do it because there is no point in waiting. And it’s ok to spend it on myself.

I want to do this but I’m stuck on the what ifs. What if I spend it and at the end I realize it was a mistake. What if I spend it and I lose my job. What if I spend it and my girls resent that we dont have as much money to do things.

I know these are useless questions but I’m swirling in them and cant move forward with a yes or a no.

Any insight would help me a great deal.
