Hi! I recently bought a luxury item, massage chair that was $6000. My husband and I have been married 20 years, we’ve always appreciated each other as equals in business, in life, and marriage with the kids. But my husband was taken aback & was not thrilled that I spent this much money on a luxury item. I reminded him that we make plenty of money, currently $20,000 a month and we have no house payment and low-car payments that both end within a year. We are in the process of expanding our business so my husband wants to conserve everything we earn but how do I communicate with him that I want to be able to purchase something now and then and it wasn’t even an impulsive purchase. This purchase came from a place of abundance – I was not stressed out when I bought it and I was so happy with the research I did for over two years looking into Massage chairs for the home.
