Hi Brooke,
Ive noticed thst I do much better managing my thoughts, urges and time when I spend more time alone. I feel healthier without all the distraction and temptation. However, this confuses me because it feels like I am managing and controlling my external environment when I am doing that as opposed to managing my internal dialogue and thoughts. But everything feels healthier when I spend time focusing on me. Should I be concerned with the isolation side if this or just do what feels healthy for now until I accumulate some forward momentum?
Thanks so much,
Anja
